access to counselling
Explore my range of counselling options designed to support clients’ preferences for connecting in a therapeutic relationship
Ways we can work together
When you’re already tired and juggling a lot, counselling needs to feel accessible, not like another thing you have to force yourself into. That’s why I offer a few different ways of working together — so you can choose what feels most supportive for you.
There’s no “right” way to do counselling. What matters is finding an option that fits your life, your energy levels, and what you’re going through right now.

Some people really value having a dedicated, quiet space away from home — somewhere that feels contained and uninterrupted.
In-person sessions can be helpful if you:
Want a clear boundary between home life and counselling
Feel more grounded talking face-to-face
Need a regular space that’s just for you
For many mums, simply having somewhere to sit and be fully focused on themselves can feel like a relief in itself.
My counselling rooms are located near Clapham Junction in Battersea, South London. I work from these quiet and comfortable rooms on Tuesday mornings.

Online sessions offer flexibility when getting out of the house feels like too much, or childcare and logistics make things tricky.
This option can work well if you:
Are short on time or energy
Need counselling to fit around naps, school runs, or work
Feel more comfortable talking from your own space
You don’t need to be “put together” for online sessions — showing up as you are is more than enough.
I offer online counselling to clients based in the UK via a secure platform that protects your privacy.

For some people, sitting face-to-face indoors can feel intense. Walking side-by-side in nature can make talking feel lighter and less pressured.
Walk and talk sessions can be helpful if you:
Feel restless or overwhelmed when sitting still
Find it easier to talk while moving
Benefit from being outdoors and breathing fresh air
We walk at a gentle pace, and there’s no expectation to talk the whole time — pauses are welcome.
I currently offer walk and talk counselling in local parks in Battersea, Sydenham/Crystal Palace, Dulwich and Wimbledon. Please contact me to check my availability near you.
Choosing what’s right for you
These options are here to give you choice, not pressure. You might already know what feels best, or you might want to talk it through together first.
Part of my role is to carefully assess what’s most suitable and safe for you. This means we’ll consider things like:
What you’re currently struggling with
Your emotional wellbeing
Practical factors such as privacy, safety, and support
Some options may feel right at one stage and not at another — and that’s okay. We can review this together as things change.
A final reassurance
Whichever way we work together, the focus stays the same: offering a safe, supportive, ethical space where you don’t have to carry everything alone.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or simply in need of somewhere to breathe and be heard, we can find a way of working that fits you.
You’re very welcome to get in touch to explore the options and see what feels right.
